About the role
Our HR site team, composed of 5 people, focuses on all local HR topics regarding the headquarters in Neder-Over-Heembeek.
As an HR site intern, you will work on the internship process management for the HQ, provide support for the implementation and communication of various HR programs and be included in the organization of societal actions to support the community of Neder-Over-Heembeek. You will get the opportunity to contribute to local HR initiatives and have a positive impact on the daily life in the HQ.
You will be accountable for:
Administrative aspects and liaison with the payroll team regarding the Interns,
Providing relevant information to the managers and interns,
Manage onboarding,
Organize and coordinate campus events for the interns,
Support the team regarding several projects
We offer a fixed-term (6 months to 1 year) contract based on hybrid working mode.
About you
Relevant education degree or equivalent in HR.
Relevant work experience in HR.
Competencies:
Fluent in French and English. Dutch would be an advantage
IT Skills (google applications)
