About the role
Our HR Reporting team, composed of 3 people, is integrated in the Global Businesses Services department and focuses on Data Analytics for HR in collaboration with Workforce Data Administration.
As an HR Reporting & Analytics Trainee, you will work on Reports and Workforce Data to support the HR Community. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the ambitious transformation journey Solvay is launching in order to further upscale our capabilities and have a positive impact on Solvay Global Business Services.
You will be accountable for:
Use the following Reporting tools: BW Analysis, SAP Analytics Cloud, SuccessFactors Reporting, Lookerstudio dashboarding
Deliver recurring and ad-hoc reports on Workforce information: personal data, job information, employee’s employment historical data, …
Maintain and develop functional documentation for Reports & Dashboards
Contribute in projects around HR Reporting: deliver training sessions, refresh HR dashboard contents
We offer a 12 months internship contract based on hybrid working mode.
About you
Relevant education degree in Human Resources Management, Data Management or related
Competencies:
Fluent in English
Good user experience in Excel/Google Sheets
SAP BW and SAP Analytics Clouds are a plus
