About the role:

  • Accountable for end-to-end project delivery and ensuring successful outcomes.

  • A detail-oriented individual capable of developing project plans, managing budgets, allocating resources, and implementing risk management strategies.

  • Initiating and managing Digital Technology in Payroll projects, as well as mergers and acquisitions projects.

  • Overseeing the IT landscape around Payroll and Time management solutions to achieve the target architecture.

  • Developing the overall project approach and ensuring incremental delivery of desired outcomes.

  • Directing the creation and maintenance of project documentation and artifacts.

  • Developing and managing the project budget, controlling expenditures, and adhering to value delivery and spending plans.

  • Establishing appropriate project governance, ensuring project resources are aligned with outcomes, and conducting risk assessment and mitigation.

  • Providing regular project status reports to stakeholders.

  • Liaising and developing relationships with service delivery and global services organization on payroll projects and related applications.

  • Partnering with the Payroll organization, engaging in the design and deployment of time management, time evaluation, payroll processing, payments, and postings.

About You:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field of study.

  • Strong experience in large-scale IT project management, including managing external suppliers/partners.

  • Key experience in managing/working with Alight/NGA and its EuHReka technology.

  • Result orientation, focusing on value delivery, scope, quality, time, and cost.

About the pay and benefits

  • Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the primary country base pay reasonably expected for this role is 56k to 70k, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
